We arrived in Freeport around 9 am. After breakfast, we got off the boat and headed out. We had decided to go to the beach and to the main shopping area. We took a cab straight to the beach/shopping area. This was Caleb's first experience with driving on the opposite side of the road and he sat in the front of the cab. His face was priceless when we finally arrived. It was a pretty crazy drive.
Because the ocean was rough and the weather was overcast, several excursions were cancelled. Several people on the cruise were disappointed and frustrated, but we didn't care. We were only on the island for a few hours and saw and shopped all we cared to.
The weather was windy and overcast, so we ended up not staying on the beach long. We shopped and had lunch, then made our way back to the ship. We departed the port at 5 pm.
This was formal night. I have realized we aren't very good at asking people to take our picture. This was the only night our entire table showed up for dinner. Two couples never came back. Ha Ha! The rest of our table really enjoyed the dinners.
